  • 1 - 1 Coaching

    One on one engagements are typically 4-12 months, with 3-4 one hour sessions per month. We establish the desired outcomes and use these as signposts to structure our work.

    My methodology is informed by the principle of integration. Meaning that we work with the totality of who you are - mind, body, psyche/soul.

    In addition to engaging the brain and emotions, we will engage the body as a source of insight. We can draw on whatever physical practice you already have - walking, yoga, running, crossfit, weight lifting… And if you don’t yet have a physical practice we can work to create one.

  • Group/team coaching

    My theory of change is that meaningful, sustainable change happens in relationship - be it our relationship to ourselves or others.

    I am passionate about enhancing and repairing team dynamics. Group coaching partnerships are based on one or more goals. So these engagements can be brief (2-4 sessions), or much longer.

  • Consulting, training, facilitation

    I have a gift for holding space. And I have dedicated years to strengthening this gift into a powerful skillset. I work on a continuum from being very directive, to being in the background and creating an enabling environment for teams to work together.
